Neoprene products purchased from Neoprene Society should be washed on a cool, gentle cycle with a mild washing aid. Do not dry clean, tumble dry or iron. This care instruction ensures that the integrity of the neoprene material is preserved, and that the products maintain their quality and longevity.

Most orders from Neoprene Society are dispatched the next business day. However, during busy periods such as sales, please allow for additional dispatch time. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out on the following business days (Monday – Fridays). While we strive to send out orders promptly, there may be occasional delays during peak times or due to the courier service being used.
